Foreign or Local LLM OR Barrister-at-Law with at least eight (08) years of experience in the public or private sector.

2. Consultant – II

Foreign or local LLM OR Barrister-at-Law with at least 5 years experience in the public or private sector.

3. Consultant

Foreign or local LLB OR Barrister-at-Law with at least 3 years experience in the public or private sector.
