VACANT POSTITIONS:

 Manager – Organizational Effectiveness

Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC Candidates having Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Public Administration and/or HR-related professional certifications such as SHRM, CHRP, etc. would be preferred
Minimum 06 years of HR experience with at least 03 years in an Organizational Development / Organizational Effectiveness role preferably with a Bank and/or large-sized organization. Experience in policy development and implementation Possess advanced interpersonal and relationship management skills Proficient in English and Urdu communication — both written and oral Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations Excellent presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Goal driven with the ability to persuade individuals with decision-making authority

Responsibilities: To develop and implement short and long-term strategies to bring cohesiveness to internal and external processes To perform overall need analysis and assessment to position organizational excellence To devise and implement the Organizational Development Strategies, Plans, and Policies and manage implementation against agreed time frames To develop guidelines, processes, and procedures for assigned functional areas To provide strategic direction and leadership on the development of appropriate HR Policies across the Bank To assess current and future policy requirements to support strategic aims in conjunction with the Company’s senior management To provide thought leadership, consultation, design and execution in OE disciplines; Succession Management, Assessment Center and Development Center, Competency Framework, Employee Engagement, etc. To create OE-related communications for senior management and other stakeholders To develop high-impact presentations to inform and influence key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and Leadership team To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisors)
