GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

• The recruitment will be made in accordance with the Establishment Division’s recruitment policy issued vide 0.M. No. 53/1/2008-SP, dated 22 October, 2014 as amended from time to time.
• Only shortlisted applicants will be called for a test/interview.
• Five years of general age relaxation shall be admissible as per rules. Any other relaxation in the age limit will be given as per applicable rules/policy / 0.Ms issued by Establishment Division.
• Quota will be observed and maintained as per Federal Government Policy.
• Applicants shortlisted for interview shall present their original documents along with a set of attested copies of degrees /certificates issued by HEC/ recognized board! university/ institute to the Selection Committee.
• Information provided in the application form will be verified and in case of any false or forged information and fake or bogus documents, IPO-Pakistan reserves the right to cancel candidature at any stage (even after appointment, if so discovered later) and to initiate legal action against the applicants.
• IPO-Pakistan reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process in part or whole and to increase or decrease the number of posts as per requirement against any post at any stage without assigning any reason.
• No TA / DA will be admissible for the purpose of test/interview.

HOW TO APPLY

• Application form can be filled in directly on the “Online Application Portal” i.e. https://elite.org.pk. The same link is also accessible through IPO-Pakistan’s website https://ipo.gov.pk/.
• Fee of Rs. 500/~ shall be deposited in the bank account mentioned in the Challan Form. Challan Form can be downloaded after submission of online application.
• After submission of the online application, the candidates must dispatch its hardcopy/ print along with the original paid fee challan at the address: Manger Operations, Elite Testing Service, Street No. 34, Block No.89, Office No.6, I&T Center, 6-10/1 Islamabad. Phone No.051-8778263
• The candidates applying for more than one post must submit a separate fee and application form for each post.
• Applicants already in Goverment service may apply through proper channel and would be required to produce NOC at the time of interview.
• Applications in the prescribed format shall be submitted only through “Online Application Form”. The last date for submission of Application is 16-09-2024.
