Details: The position reports to the CEO and is responsible for managing activities from receipt of proposal to issuance of insurance policy. The Job responsibilities will be managing, supervision and controlling all affairs related to direct and inward insurance business in non-life lines including underwriting, claims, reinsurance, includes executing and monitoring process related to technical supervision. The incumbent is also responsible to oversee the insurance claims handling process and supervise effective resolution of complaints and grievances to the satisfaction of customers. The ideal candidate should possess F.C.I.I./A.C.I.I. or Masters in Insurance from HEC recognized University with overall Minimum 20 years of experience including 10 years in a top management position in insurance operations covering all classes of business. FCII/ACII will be preferred.
Head of Administration & Real Estate (General Manager /Chief Manager):
Age: Maximum 55
Details: The position reports to Executive Director (Corporate Services) and will be responsible for overall management of the day-to-day administrative matters/ operations of the organization and will also deal with real estate related aspects. S/he will also be responsible for managing administrative staff, ensure effective security at Head Office and other locations, ensure coordination with law enforcement and other agencies and legal advisors, inspect building facilities and negotiate leasing contracts. The ideal candidate should possess Masters degree from HEC Recognized University with Minimum 15 years work experience of Administration of a large organization spread across the country.
Risk Manager (Chief Manager / Manager):
Age: Maximum 45
Details: The position will be functionally reporting to the Board Risk Management Committee and will establish an enterprise-wide risk management (ERM) function, embedding the ERM strategy and framework effectively into the Company’s insurance business model and strategic planning covering development of risk corporate policies including insurance & retrocession risks, counterparty risk, market risk, operational risk, compliance, security and portfolio valuation, information security, fraud risk management, physical security, business continuity planning, as well as limit breaches monitoring and escalation mechanism. Also lead the facilitation, implementation and monitoring of effective risk management practices and ensure that operating policies and procedures are complied with throughout the organization. The ideal candidate must possess F.C.1.1./A.C.I.I. or ACA/FCA or MBA in Finance and Accounting from an HEC recognized University/Institute/body. Should have Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field as well as knowledge and exposure to risk management methodologies and models, as well prior involvement in risk management exercise in insurance company/bank either in Pakistan or the region.
Head of Information Technology (Chief Manager / Manager):

Details: The position reports to Executive Director (Corporate Services) and will be responsible to manage and lead the IT department and ensure the existence of an effective Information Technology (IT) function in the organization and undertake responsibility for developing overall strategy for investment in technology infrastructure including hardware, software, applications, databases and communication systems and implementing the approved strategy to manage these on a day-to-day basis. The position is also responsible for formulation and implementation of IT policies and procedures and ensures that the various departments in the organization make use of the technology in the best possible ways. The ideal candidate should have Masters in Computer Science/IT from HEC Recognized University with overall 15 years work experience of development/deployment of IT systems and Infrastructure with at least 07 years of experience in similar level position.
Information Security Officer (Manager):

Details: The position reports to the CEO will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise vision, strategy, and program to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected, identifying, developing, implementing, and maintaining processes across the enterprise to reduce IT risks. Must respond to incidents, establish appropriate standards and controls, manage security technologies, and direct the establishment and implementation of policies and procedures. Responsible for information-related compliance protecting proprietary information and assets of the company, including the data. The ideal candidate should have a Masters degree in IT/Computers along with Certification of IT Security (CISA, CISSP or equivalent), having Minimum 5 years relevant work experience.
Head of Financial Reporting & Budgeting (Manager):
Age: Maximum 45
Details: The position reports to Chief Financial Officer and will be responsible to prepare and manage financial statements and reports as per the accounting and disclosure requirements. Also responsible for planning, budgeting, taxation and related matters. Manage periodical closing process, reconciliations and financial controls. Develop MIS documentation and perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis. Coordinate with various departments, zones and perform variance analyses for compilation of information and resolution of all technical accounting problems. Assessment of accounting controls by executing policies and manage assigned balance sheet, perform account reconciliations. Coordinate with the Company’s annual auditors, tax consultant, internal auditor and Actuary. Compliance with all statutory matters of Government agencies, Ministry of Commerce, Parliamentary affairs Dept., etc. The ideal candidate must possess ACA with minimum 07 years of working experience in Finance and accounting function, preferably in Insurance sector.
