1. Consultant

A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (16 years of education) from a reputable national-international University with at least 10 years of relevant experience in portal development, marketing & outreach, and developing linkages with the relevant stakeholders. The detailed TORs of the positions are as under: -Advise the IT team on the digital platform for the YDC covering interventions about education, employment, and youth engagement, as described in the objectives of the PC-1. Develop a strategy for private sector engagement and outreach for employment promotion and employment generation for the youth. Advise content management team in producing information and data that may aid in career counseling and job placement of the youth including soft skills etc. Suggest tools and instruments for self-assessment/aptitude testing for career counseling. Assess and evaluate data and information produced by the team for the relevancy of the YDC. Assist and Advise Project Director and team in implementing the strategies and action plan to achieve the objectives of the project.
