Table of Contents
  • Applications are invited from meritorious students (residents of Sindh), currently studying in Grade 5, in the schools of the School Education & Literacy  Department, GoS, and Sindh Education Foundation, and intend to peruse post primary education in Public School Mirpurkhas. Total 50 -Merit- Based  Scholarships are being oered for Grade 6, for the academic year 2022-23. This oer is for the students residing in Mirpurkhas and Umerkot districts. Students will need to qualify ‘Entry Test/Interview’ conducted by Public School Mirpurkhas. The admissions will depend upon the clearance of the entry test  and fulll the admission criteria of Public School Mirpurkhas to qualify for the Scholarship. This will further be subject to verication of documents.

Salient Features of the Sindh School Education Scholarship Program:

  • The SEF will provide full scholarship from Grade 6 to 12.
  • The scholarship will cover the boarding & lodging, uniform, learning material and monthly stipend.
  • Selection will be purely based on merit.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The applicant must be currently studying in Grade 5 (bonade) student of Government school or SEF School.
  • The applicant must have studied in any Government School or SEF School for at least last three (03) academic years including Grade 5.
  • Applicant’s age should not exceed 12 years as on March 25th 2022.
  • The student must be a resident of the above mentioned district of  Mirpurkhas and Umerkot.

Documents required along with the Admission Form:

  • Duly lled Admission Form along with 04 passport sized recent photograph (with Blue/White background).
  • Photocopy of General Register (GR) page duly attested by concerned Head Master/Head Mistress and School Partner (School leaving Certicate / Pass Certicate will be required at the time of admission).
  • Photocopy of students’ B-Form, father’s Domicile and CNIC. In case of non-availability, candidates must apply for the same and attach the copy of NADRA Application Receipt along with application

Application Procedure:

  • The Admission Form and Challan of Rs.600/- (non-refundable) (for the Entry Test) are available at the websites of http://publicschoolmps.com & www.sef.org.pk
  • Admission Form must be completely lled, with all required documents attached. Incomplete forms will NOT be accepted (Admission Forms must be endorsed by concerned Head Teacher and School Partner).
  • Challan of Rs. 600/- can be deposited in ABL satellite Town Mirpurkhas
  • Admission Form along with the paid challan and required documents submitted to Principal, Public School Mirpurkhas,Jhiluri Road near Govt. Poly technical college Mirpurkhas.

The Entry Test:

  • The Entry Test shall comprise of MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions), the questions shall be taken from Sindh Text Board Books. (Subjects include; English Mathematics & Sindhi/Urdu.

  • The applicants will be sent roll number slips at their provided mailing address and will be informed about the venue and test date via SMS on given mobile
  • number as well. The roll number slips will also be downloadable from Public School

Important Note:

  • This advertisement is ONLY for Sindh Government and SEF schools students.
  • The admission will be subject to the verication of the GR Page by concerned Head Teacher/School Partner & Taluka Education Ocer (TEO), fathers’ domicile/Form-B, copy of father’s CNIC and School leaving Certicate/Pass Certicate.
  • Selected students’ parents will be required to sign an undertaking with SEF that their son/daughter will continue their education up to Grade 12 under this Scholarship Program.
