- After selection, all certificates / diplomas / driving license will be verified from concerned boards / institutes / authorities. Severe disciplinary action will be taken against the individuals found guilty of misconduct on submission of bogus / fake / tempered documents.
- Age limit for appointment is 18-35 years, however, relaxation may be granted as per rules.
- Relaxation in qualification may be granted on the basis of extra experience as per rules.
- Candidates already serving in Govt Sector Organizations must have to submit NOC from their departments along-with the application / at the time of interview.
- Last date for submission of application and dates mentioned for walk in test / interview will be the cut-off date for eligibility in terms of qualification, age and experience etc.

Applications giving full particulars, detailed CV alongwith attested photocopies of academic credentials, experience certificates, discharge book (for Ex-serviceman), CNIC and one latest passport size photograph may be sent to Director (HRM), Post Box No. 2381, GPO, Islamabad latest by 27 Sep 2021. The name of the post applied for, should be written clearly at top-right corner of the envelope and also at application / CV.
- For Serial # 2 to 4. Please bring original CNIC, detailed CV alongwith attested photocopies of academic credentials (Matric onward), driving license, experience certificates, discharge book (only for Ex-servicemen), 02 x latest passport size photograph at our Recruitment Office, C-183 Muslim Colony, Near Kala Pul Opposite CSD, Korangi Road, Karachi on the given date and time as mentioned against each post.
Note: For Walk in Test / Interview Candidates. Due to present situation of COVID-19, all Candidates are required to wear face masks, hand gloves and maintain physical distance of six feet among each other at the venue. In case of fever/illness, the candidate will not be entertained.
