Government of the Punjab has approved an ADP Scheme “I.T Based Monitoring System for Improved Service Delivery in Entire Local Governments of the Punjab’ to be implemented in entire local governments of the Punjab and Directorate General, LG&CD. The project focuses on important services or functions of local governments i.e. Sanitation & solid waste management; HR Management Information System & Bio-Metric Attendance; E-bidding & E-Auctioning; E-billing System for taxation & fee collection; Building Control Management System; Financial Management System; Water Supply & Disposal System; Asset Management Information System; Annual Development Program; Daak Management System; Complaint Redressal System; and Performance Management by monitoring of Kris. The department requires the services of following professionals J specialists on a performance based contract, carrying lumpsum pay packages. The contract will be initially for a period of three years with an initial three months probationary period. 1. Project Director (PMIU) 01
Age: 45 Years Maximum. Qualification: M.Sc. / BS (Hons) in Computer Sciences / Software Engineering / IT degree from a HEC recognized local or foreign Institution. Experience: Minimum 10 Years of working experience of Management & Administration of software / IT tools in public sector. Experience of local governments will be an added advantage. Note: Serving candidates from government / public are also eligible to apply through proper channel.
2. Monitoring & Evaluation Officer 02
Age: 35 years Maximum. Qualification: Must have at least 16 years of education Computer Sciences/IT/Software Engineering from HEC Recognized foreign or local institute. Experience: Must have 2 years of – post-qualification experience in supporting software projects related activities. Experience of providing client side support will be preferred.
3. Data Analyst 01
Age: 35 years Maximum. Qualification: Must have at least 16 years of education Computer Sciences/IT/Software Engineering from HEC Recognized foreign or local institute. Experience: Must have 3 years of – post-qualification experience in supporting software projects related activities. Experience of providing client side support will be preferred.
4. Driver 01
Age: 40 years Maximum. Qualification: Middle Experience: Minimum 2 year of relevant experience. Must have 6×6 eye sight. Must have an LTV driving license.
5. Office Boy 01
Age: 30 years Maximum. Qualification: Middle Experience: Relevant Experience
